    Realistically, when I am consistent I lose .5 -.75 pound a week. My long term goal is to lower my Body Fat% to the healthy 20-22 range. Currently it’s 37.4%.

    My nutrition plan was adjusted May 27th to high protein, low fat, and moderate carbs with calories between (1300-1400). I will also exercise 6x a week for 60 minutes, maybe more minutes some days.

    I never intended to sprint it off. Losing weight slowly and normally is both the most logical and natural approach that works for me. I started MFP logging May 1, 2012.

    Weigh in Dates: I don’t have a scale on Saturday. My weekly weigh in at my studio is Tuesday.

    Yeaup, I'm joining this. Just in time for my running goal I have set for myself in June.

    Standard goal set for a pound-ish a week, but more wouldn't hurt. ;)
