    people at an ATM that do everything possible on there, get a receipt, spend 10 minutes putting there things away, turn away from the atm and forget something so put their card back in. Argh

    Or the people that pull up just far enough so you can't get your card in while they put everything away, realize they forgot something and put their car in reverse and hit you...true story

    A pleb was a despised Roman social group I used it as a replacement for names like d**k, K**b etc.

    Irrigardless, I hate it too!!! I work with someone who says it on average about 2 times week. DRIVES ME NUTS!!!
