Co-worker looks anorexic. Help with ideas please.

    I agree with those that say leave it be...some people are just super thin...I'm 5'5", my sister is 5'10" and even at my lowest weight I outweighed her by like 30 lbs. She's just naturally super thin. There was a time I really worried about her, but she's always been 5'10" and probably weighs like 120 lbs, which by all charts says she's underweight. I had an aunt that was the same way, tall and super thin.
