I am grateful for the emergency vet that is close where I took my rabbit at midnight. I am grateful that my rabbit likes the nutrient dense food I have to syringe feed him instead of having to literally force feed him and I am grateful that the antibiotic combo he is on seems to be working faster than the vet expected. I am grateful for an understanding and forgiving boss who's biggest fault is that he gives his employees too many chances. I am grateful for my supportive boyfriend who makes going to school full time, not just a possibility for me, but makes it as stress-free as possible by taking on 90% of the housework and helping me with a few bills. I am grateful for his loving and welcoming family who quickly made me feel like part of the family and who have been there as part of my support system for almost 3 years now. I am grateful that we found this gorgeous apartment last year for waaay less money than they typically are in this area, that was in our price range and has a management company that is prompt with maintenance. I am grateful for my instructors at school who put up with my billions of questions and take the time to look up the answers they are unsure of instead of saying "I'm not sure."

I am grateful for First Place 4 Health. It is a Bible based weight loss group at my church. It created a door way for my healthy lifestyle. I have grown spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. I encourage everyone to find their core and purpose in this life and live with a purpose to be successful and teaching others how to be successful.0

SO grateful for My Fitness Pal and that I have finally accepted the truth that weight is all about calories in/calories out.
Super grateful that negative thoughts about my body and my weight no longer take up space in my head. What an incredible relief to have them gone for good! I don't have the body I want yet, but as long as I am doing something about it and moving in the right direction, I am okay with that.0 -

I love this thread! Last December my wonderful husband, only 56, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. We could easily have spent this year angry and bitter, but the truth has been that although we truly detest that he got this disease, we have had so much to be thankful for.
I am grateful to all the doctors and nurses who have taken incredible care of us. They have been brilliant and kind and compassionate and hard working - angels on earth! I am grateful that I have good health insurance. I am grateful that we had saved money so that our insurance deductibles and loss of income did not cause us financial hardship. I am thankful to all the people I work with who could not be more supportive, they handle my work whenever my husband needs me for anything. I am grateful for my family and friends, who have been so incredibly supportive. I am thankful for all the amazing gifts and prayers we regularly receive without ever having to ask. I am thankful for my wonderful sons, who help us with anything we need. I am grateful to have my sweet husband, and I am grateful for every day God will allow him to stay with me. I am blessed!0 -

He is going to be 18 in February and believes that he has found his future wife. Wouldn't he be the lucky one! I am grateful to be home from work after a long evening class.0

Tracy, I'm so glad to know you on mfp! Such a great community. Facebook used to be my big thing but find myself going to mfp first these days. Really makes a difference to have the support and a place to just vent, share recipes, keep agreements. Think YOU are awesome!0 -
