    9) how do you deal with food temptations? I don't usually have any. I eat what I want and just make sure I don't overeat. For instance, I often crave dark chocolate. Its pretty satisfying and two squares isn't that many calories so I just have some.
    10) what is your typical restaurant meal? Steak and salad with the toppings on the side, no bread, appetizers or drinks.

    9) I eat everything in moderation, thus I've cut nothing from my diet. If I want an extra treat, I just have a small piece. Moderation is the key.

    I'm hoping you can help me with some research. I am studying the diet habits of various people to see if there are any correlations. I am studying my coworkers and friends but I would like information about you if you are willing to supply it. I'm working off of the honor system here. If you can please reply to this post with the following information.

    6.) I eat breakfast. I used to not eat breakfast and gained a little weight.
    7.) Breakfast is my largest of the day. Gets your body running and you have more time to burn it off.

    9.) I usually try to drink around 5 cups of water a day. I constantly keep a water bottle with me.
    10.) Food temptations vary for me. Sometimes I'll allow myself a little bit, and other times I drink water and ignore it or grab a healthier alternative.
    11.) A typical restaurant meal is usually a side salad with some type of lean meat (fish, chicken) and steamed veggies then usually like rice or something starchy.

    5) 2-3 times a week, for about 1.5 hours each.
    6) Almost never. On a rare occasion I'll start my day with a latte or a chocolate bar. Never more than 250 calories to start the day.
    6) Varies between lunch and dinner every day. If I have a large lunch, I have a small dinner. If I have a small lunch, I have a large dinner.
    7) 2 normal meals, however many snacks I can fit in.
    8) Pure water? 2L? Any kind of liquid? 4-5L.
    9) I make room, and just eat less of it.
    10) Whatever I'm craving the most, I just find a way to fit it in.

    9) I have small quantities of what I want (i.e. a spoonful of non-dairy ice cream or one small cookie). putting it off or ignoring it doesn't work for me. Small consistent quantities and not blacklisting them does work fo rme.

    Lots of zero calorie iced tea, not much water.
    Food temptations, turned into a cup of coffee or low fat yogurt, or all natural peanut butter. The rest I don't eat, or keep in the house.
    Restaurants salads mostly, with an occasional blip.
