Definitely both...more so personality though. If they have looks with no personality there's no point.0

You don't love a woman because she is beautiful, she is beautiful because you love her.
Personality for me :bigsmile:0 -
Its pretty much equal amounts of both for me.0

A lot of people aren't very truthful.
All that matters is that he be desperate enough to say yes.0 -
A good personality makes someone very attractive, just like a jerk gets uglier by the minute :happy:0

You need both- we all need something that visually appeals to us (that is on a basic primal level). However, looks are only an initial attraction, its how someone presents themselves and who they are that can then lead to something more meaningful.
This says it ^^^0 -
Looks mean little nothing to me these days. A man HAS to have intelligence, kindness and the ability to make me laugh....Personality hands down.0

At the beginning it's looks. Anyone who says otherwise is a liar. (Unless you started out as friends). I choose personality in the long run though. A pretty face only lasts so long.0

Why not both? I wont date anyone that is ugly or boring.0

In all honesty, it takes a bit of both for me!
I like to look at my men and need to be attracted to them.
I also love passion, intelligence, a sense of humor, playfulness, and respectfulness.0 -
i hate to call bs, but I just dont believe all the women who say personality. What I think they really mean is they wants both. just saying.0

I agree that it is both. I perceived the question to be which one I place more importance on though. I don't mind less attractive features if you've got a good personality. It is harder for me to overlook a not-so-great personality even if you're better looking.0 -
Looks make me look but personality makes me smile :-)0

And here I thought my best features were my great looks, sharp intelligence, and humble nature. :ohwell:0 -
