    I'm nervous about weighing in tomorrow! I ate really well the last week, but didn't exercise as much. Let's hope it went down, even if just a tad :)

    Ran my second 5k today. 42:05 I dropped over 6 min off my time in 3 weeks!!

    sinbad; 6 pounds in one week!? That's crazy!! :)

    I will be updating the grid tomorrow evening if there are enough changes, then back to 10 hour days Tues-Fri. :(

    Lost a total of 2 pounds last week. So far, I have lost 2 pounds towards my goal.

    Last Monday, I weighed 137.4. Today I weight 134.4. I had lost 3 pounds this past week!

    Yes, I am down. I am back to where I started when I started this challenge. Maybe this week will be the week that makes a difference. We shall see!

    Way to go with the weight loss everyone!

    I weighed in today, I lost another pound!

    Starting weight: 132
    Last week: 128.6
    Today: 127.6

    My goal this week is to work out more. I only worked out 3 days last week. I'd like to try for 4 or 5 days. Any one else have a goal for this week?

    I am working out 5-6 days a week and watching what I eat, but still no weight loss. At least I am not gaining anymore. I am sure I will see the loss soon. Good job on everyones losses of weight thus far.

    Sometimes you can hit a plateau and it is sooooo hard to get past it! I hit one at 147 and it took 3 months to get down to 142! Of course there is never a plateau putting it back on now is there! Grrrr! You will get past it just keep sticking with it!
