BTW, you guys who throw out your egg yolks are nuts. The yolk has all the nutrients of the egg, and the fat is good fats, akin to the omega-3 fatty acids in fish. It has a lot of cholesterol, but more dietary cholesterol leads to less cholesterol produced in the liver. The only people who should avoid dietary cholesterol are those who already have high cholesterol issues.

2 slices 45 calorie wheat bread
    1 egg poached
    4 slices pepperoni
1 slice cheese (not cheese food)
    1 cup fat free milk
    2 tbsp ovaltine

Breakfast should be your biggest meal. Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper. Although I don't always stick to that

LATTE IN A BEER MUG (12 oz. skim milk & 4 oz. espresso, yes I'm awake so awake.. ZOOOOOMMMMMM) 125cal
Quaker Instant Oatmeal Sugar Reduced Cinnamon & Brown Sugar (one package) 120 cal

Midmorning snack is usually a piece of fruit but I confess it could as easily be radishes or a tomato.
