I'm 5'4.5'' and first I thought that my GW is 125, now, at 130, I see that that is going to be a little lower :S I have a small frame though.

I am 5'5" and my goal weight is 150. I am of a heavier build, so even when I WAS a size 6, I still had curves. I would be thrilled to be a healhty 155.

    i'm 5'5 and my goal weight is 160. i am currently 262.
160 was what i was in HS and in a sz 13/14. i want to get back there. once i'm there, who knows. i never thought i could get below that because i never was!! i think an ultimate goal for me would be a size 10....last time i was a size 10, i was in 5th grade!!
i have PCOS and am finding it very hard to even lose any weight at all. after 3 weeks of eating good and exercising, and nothing lost (either in weight or inches), i've readjusted my cals, got my fitbit flex working and will go from there! maybe it's the tweek i needed. we'll see in a couple weeks!

    good luck!

I'm 5'4. My starting weight was 185 and my original goal weight was 155. When I hit 155, I felt empowered that I was able to lose that much weight, so I figured I would keep up my healthy habits and see where I really could go. I plateaued for the first time at 142.4 for weeks on end. Since then, I had gotten down to 135, went back up to 141, got down to my lowest 131.4, went back up to ~145, and am now back down to 141.4. My ultimate goal is to reach 125. I felt good at my lowest weight, but still had my days where I was uncomfortable. Right now, I feel dumpy being back in my "old clothes" since I gained a size back and I look at my closet in envy of all of my cuter small clothes.

I do wonder if I'll ever be satisfied, what it will take to say I look good. I'm willing to change my ultimate goal based on how I feel, so we'll see!

    I am 5'4"
    I weigh 160
    I am 31+% body fat
Lean body mass is 112 lbs.

This means I can't be anywhere below 130 or I'll have an unhealthy amount of body fat, my *ultimate* goal is 135-140 and 20-22% body fat.

I'm 5'4" and at 165 (started weight training for the last 3 months, twice a week). This is the heaviest I've been in a long time, yet I'm also the most fit that I've been EVER. I am also age 40 so I'm seeing a tough time with just looking at weight. I'm aiming for going back to a size 6 (I'm currently at a size 8). Don't solely look at the scale. I know it is the most gratifying if the numbers go down, but take a look at inches or dress size you want to get to. My weight always goes up when I start a dieting routine because of the added muscle that my body so easily wants to pack on.

I'm 5'4 and started at roughly 203. I'm now at 169 and my first goal is 140. I'll see how I'll feel then and I'm sure I'll want to keep going once I get that. I can't even remember the last time I was under 165 so that's my goal right now!

Five feet, four inches. 49 years old. Was 108 when I got married, 118 after kids, and in the high 120's now. A trainer, a few years ago, said I should stay under 120.

I can get there but I can't stay there. I concentrate on healthy eating, not starving myself.

I am 5'4". I started at 150, lost 25 lbs, had a rough year at work and fell back into bad habits so I gained 10 back. I am working on losing that 10 again to get me 125 but I would prefer to be 120. 120 is not a natural resting weight for me--I really have to work at it so I am completely happy to work towards 125 and hopefully just settle there.

ETA: I am working towards a 1/2 and increasing my strength training so I am hoping some body recomp will give me what I am looking for.

Same for me. I can get to 120 but it is through a LOT of work and no beer. For me, 5lbs isn't worth constant workouts and no beer :)
