    It becomes an addiction. First you add 1 friend. Then you want more, so you add another. Before you know it, you're a complete who're and start craving the attention. You say you're going to quit. Tomorrow... But no... you see someone who responds on your friend's post and you just got to have another!!! It's a vicious cycle really.

    I don't actively seek new friends, as my friends list is pretty awesome already. However, if I see someone who has a profile pic or username that indicates they have similar interests as I do (usually not fitness related), or if a forum post or comment on a mutual friend's status make me laugh I will send a friend request. Run-on sentence FTW...
