#1 Reason you want more MFP friends?
Replies

1. I don't have a lot of people in my life that I can actually talk weight loss/fitness with.
2. To keep me motivated
3. I like to motivate others0 -
motivational purposes; accountability; friendship; people to talk fitness/food with.0

I love meeting new people with similar goals!0

Motivation and support (yes....they are equally #1 to me).0

Motivation and Support. My friends list is made up of mostly female MFP veterans who have lost a considerable amount of weight and kept it off. I get to draw inspiration from their wealth of knowledge. I also have quite a few awesome geek chicks. I enjoy the stimulating conversations, the support, and the camaraderie. The one gentleman on my FL is altogether lovely .0

Is this the real life or is this just fantasy............
I like people period.
Oh and in for any sharing of pics .......0 -
I am a friendly person and love to chat with people, I'm very much in the more-the-merrier camp.
I also love being able to talk to people about fitness and have them understand or actually listen to what i have to say rather than boring my facebook friends with it who couldn't care less.
I love sharing the successes of other people, do my best to support and motivate when it's needed and getting to know people all over the world.
I have a wonderful friends list already and will happily accept anyone into it. :flowerforyou:0 -

Support and positive feedback breeds the same. Not to mention praise works just as well on an adult as it does a child. I am proud of you guys.*headpat*0

Cheap travel. I can go so many places and have a friend to crash with while I'm there.
Oh and noods0 -
My life is super boring and I like to live through my MFP friends. College, job issues, multiple dating partners, family drama. I get to see it, smell it, but never have to actually live it.
That's really my #1 reason.
I also like to help keep people motivated when I can. Share any advice I might have. And of course get some comfort from them when I have a bad day.0 -

(Spits out my coffee...bahahahaaaa!)
I like the encouragement I receive from my friends. Some I have really clicked with and enjoying seeing them post on my newsfeed. I like logging in every morning to see what people have to say...and like someone else said...Facebook is boring0 -

Well... After reading through all these replies I wasn't sure if I should even post anything but here goes.
I'm new here so I don't have many friends yet. I'd like more because I want an active page because I think it will help motivate me. It's great to hear from other people going through the same things. I don't have anyone in real life to talk to about this stuff.0 -
to keep me motivated. to keep me accountable. to have people that know exactly what i'm going through.0
-
To keep me motivated and to find friends! I live in a college town, so finding friends my age is really difficult.0
-
To entertain me

Because it is fun to find people you have a connection with and so many people on here are fun and spirited0
