I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.
Some people are able to go way over and some don't make it but have fun trying. We had phenomenal participation last month!
The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of July... Good luck everybody! We've got this!

July 2: 75 min., 24.4 mi.
July 3: 75 min., 23.2 mi.
Total for July so far: 3.75 hrs, 72.4 mi.0 -
Fri July 4 - 30min bike, 30min walk, 60min yoga 22hrs left0

Great! How do I join it. I know I will cross 24 hours pretty soon, because I have joined a Global Team Running Challenge, which makes you run everyday to keep your team on top.
My scores so far are 1:25 of running and 10 of stretching from 2nd thru 4th July. So that's 4:45 so far. 19: 15 to go0 -

I surpassed 24 hours in June but was not part of a challenge. I want to do it again this month!
7/1: Circuit, strength, core, cardio 83m
7/2: Walking 45m
7/3: Strength 50m | Jogging 24m
7/4: Jogging 39m
Total: 241 minutes

I am in again for sure, but to tired to go back and figure what I have done so far.. will get it all situated on another post :yawn:0

7/02 ......................... Day Off
7/03 ......................... Cleaned parent's home / moderate effort for 60 minutes
7/04 ......................... Ran 5.05 miles (avg pace 9'55") for 50 minutes. Later in day walked 3.6 pace for 60 minutes. Total: 110 min.
7/05 ......................... Walked 3.75 pace for 60 minutes
Minutes Completed: ................... 275 minutes
