    Good morning! Up at 5:30 and worked out around quarter to 6. Did my TF Fire 45 and Core 20 today. Now onto the rest of the day.

  • Made it to Friday! 5 days in a row early morming workouts. Thanks for this thread! I will workout but not be up early on the weekend. So I will check in Monday morning. Hope you all have a great morning workout and a good weekend.

    I try to check in daily...or at least every other day. I'm still up early doing my workouts. Today was TF HIIT 15, Fire 30, & BL Last Chance. Revved up for the day!! Will try to check in during the weekend. Have a great one, early risers!!

    5:30 workout done....well was actually more like 5:40ish. The early workouts totally wake me up and energize me for the day! Hope you all are doing well! Have a great day!
  • Worked out 6am to 7am on my day off! 5 days, 5 early workouts! Will check back in on Monday. Have a great weekend early risers!!

    Ugh; I get up at five to work every day anyway... to work out before that I have to get up at FOUR. Okay... I'll give it a shot. I can't wait to hear what my wife says when the alarm clock goes off that early so I can go work out. :-)

    Morning workout done! Tomorrow is my rest day, but will probably do some yoga. My body could use the stretching!

    Got up and did yoga today. Boy did, my body need it. My muscles were tight...especially my hamstrings!!
