Ugh; I get up at five to work every day anyway... to work out before that I have to get up at FOUR. Okay... I'll give it a shot. I can't wait to hear what my wife says when the alarm clock goes off that early so I can go work out. :-)0

Morning workout done! Tomorrow is my rest day, but will probably do some yoga. My body could use the stretching!0

Got up and did yoga today. Boy did, my body need it. My muscles were tight...especially my hamstrings!!0
