    I am not losing much - probably due to health problems - but am working hard on the fitness!
    My shape is changing and inches are lost!
    So success like yours, with plateaus and then loss are heartening to hear!:happy:

    Great job! I wish I had some photos of me at my heaviest for comparison, but I would RUN when a camera was in the room. After losing ~ 25 lbs; I started taking a photo of my feet on the scale when I did weekly weigh in so I could send progress to my daughter. Love My Fitness Pal..it has made the journey so much easier.
