    I'm extremely uncomfortable taking free drinks from someone I have no intention of even flirting with. Free drinks are a way to open conversation-and ice breaker. And if I don't feel like having the ice broken, then I pay for myself.

    also some of my friends said that it was "gay" of me, I dont see how imo. I was just smiling and laughing.

    its def like 41% gay.

    he knew the guy wanted him and encouraged it. Imma say 70% gay. I don't judge. Look for him next weekend and go the other 30.

    I always accept free drinks when im out with my friends. If the guy is willing to buy me a drink il take it.
    The only danger with that is you can end up getting some guys clinging onto you all night thinking they have got you now.
    But ive actually met some of my closest guy friends from them buying me drinks in bars.
    Its a great conversation starter and no guilt is needed. They offer, you have the choice to accept or decline! :)

    This thread is the exact reason I NEVER buy women drinks when I'm in a bar/club.... Well, that and the fact that my WIFE tends to frown on the practice.
