Well...I didn't start the week off very good. Kept my 1 year old nephew last night and he is sick so I had very little sleep! I'll take my lil baby burn and work it harder tomorrow!

Tomorrow will be MUCh better but dang it has been difficult this week to get any exercise in. We have LOTS of family in town and I feel like all I have done is sit on my butt and drive. Tomorrow we are shopping so I will be walking (slow pace) for a couple of hours.
