    wow great job everyone and Holy CRAP Collettemrk! I didn't get in much exercise as I have a shin splint but I walked as much as possible on the beach as I could.

    Well my baby has been kicking my butt the past few days so I wont be making 3500, but I'm still going to try.

    Today was 1027 (12 minutes on treadmill, then several sets of intervals on the stair climber, for 30, 20, 15, and 10 minutes).

    yea.. i'm totally not going to make this goal :(. i got sick for a few days prior to thanksgiving and wasn't up to working out. but i am going to do this challenge to myself for this next week, to burn off the Thanksgiving feast!

    What fun to get a bit of encouragement going here. Racked up 3,623 workout cals this week and along with watching my intake kicked off my first week with 3# gone. We all know a good start does get the "ball rolling" and hope to keep it moving down the scale. :bigsmile:
