    Well, that's what I aim for. Hit the lower end most days, but often fill my calories with fats and protons.

    100-125 most days, normally a large chunk of that is from fruit (on an average day 50g carb from fruit at breakfast). I've been a little higher this week, though.

    Was 75g or lower during most of my cut. Now I'm reverse dieting and slowly adding more calories / carbs. Set at 157 right now.

    Mine's sometimes more, and I don't even eat fruit. Just oats, rice, potatoes, tortilla chips, pasta, and a few veg. The brown stuff gives me acid reflux.

    Started off around 120g net carbs, and currently just under 50g. Dropping below 50g has been more curiousity for me, and will stay here a little longer, then probably dial back up the carbs but stay under 100g. No matter what carb level I've been at in the above range, my appetite and control have remained the same, thus my calorie deficit throughout has been rather easy to maintain I've found.
