Between 125-175 (1500 cals), mainly coming from fruit and veggies and maybe one serving of carby carbs

Wow! I feel like I eat a lot... I am at 225g and still adding more each week until I stop losing weight.
I was as low as 130g/daily when I was dieting and I found my food options so limited.
You say it like it's a bad thing.

Being able to eat lots and maintain = pinnacle of human happiness tbh

Over 200g even on rest days for me, and easily over 500 on longer ride days on the weekends. I know most people are not endurance athletes in training, but I cannot even believe that some of you would want to or even be able to eat only 20g of carbs a day. Mind blown

I aim for this, but will get there with time, and dedication. I think the low carb thing, is related to health issues, but can't be sure.

The goal MFP set for me is 179g, but so far it seems I'm usually in the 150-200 range.

Question, anyone ever get very obvious Pikachu-esque flushing in their face when they eat a lot of carbs? O_o I'm gonna be asking Dr. Google too, just curious.

Normally around 100, about 30% of my intake. I try to keep my sugar intake to a reasonable level, because of my family history of diabetes. Some days, I fail miserably, but most days I do okay.

I'm averaging between 150-200. I have my daily goal set at 161 (50% of intake) right now to start off with, because I was eating so many more than that beforehand, and I want to reduce slowly. Eventually I'd like to further reduce that but at the moment, I'm having trouble even meeting this, so one step at a time.

I wasn't watching it. Usually around 100-150. Now, I am going to try to eat less carbs

I am not making any conscious deliberate attempt to restrict carbs, but I average between 80 and 90.

I see so many people on this thread saying, oh, I'm averaging under 100g of carbs per day without even trying. I'm eating 1200-1300 calories per day and averaging between 150-200, and that's after cutting back severely on most carb-tastic food. I've cut the starchy side dishes out of my dinners (no more rice, pasta or potatoes), and I've cut down on most sugary snack foods, too.

...I honestly don't know how this is even possible! Are people cutting out all grains, fruits and veggies and simply eating meat all the time?

I have been trying to increase protein so I have been having a lot of meat and dairy. Probably not enough veggies really. I am still trying to figure this out.
