    Was 75g or lower during most of my cut. Now I'm reverse dieting and slowly adding more calories / carbs. Set at 157 right now.

    My diary is open and my intake is huge compared to you guys almost 300 lol

    Mine's sometimes more, and I don't even eat fruit. Just oats, rice, potatoes, tortilla chips, pasta, and a few veg. The brown stuff gives me acid reflux.

    Started off around 120g net carbs, and currently just under 50g. Dropping below 50g has been more curiousity for me, and will stay here a little longer, then probably dial back up the carbs but stay under 100g. No matter what carb level I've been at in the above range, my appetite and control have remained the same, thus my calorie deficit throughout has been rather easy to maintain I've found.

    I try to stick to 100g and under a day, but if I get up to125g I'm not upset. It's just on the high end for me.

    In the previous full seven day period, I averaged about 337 grams per day. (I eat over 3K cals a day though.)

    For a guy like me (6.0"; 193#; 43, 3-5 days of weekly exercise) According to this calculator, my carb consumption should be around 402 grams.

    I'm glad you asked. I worry more about getting a variety of healthyish food at a calorie deficit than macros per se. But your question made me go back and look. Looks like I am carb cycling naturally. I tend to run in the 70s for a couple days, then the 90s a couple days, then the 120s a couple then back down. Every month or so I have a 'carb frenzy" but I think they probably coincide with the one night a month I let myself go have a couple beers at the neighbor's house.
