In the previous full seven day period, I averaged about 337 grams per day. (I eat over 3K cals a day though.)

I'm glad you asked. I worry more about getting a variety of healthyish food at a calorie deficit than macros per se. But your question made me go back and look. Looks like I am carb cycling naturally. I tend to run in the 70s for a couple days, then the 90s a couple days, then the 120s a couple then back down. Every month or so I have a 'carb frenzy" but I think they probably coincide with the one night a month I let myself go have a couple beers at the neighbor's house.0

Same. my goal is 25% of my calories so about 105g. I'm not strict about it though so if a have a couple days closer to 150, it is what it is and don't worry about. It all evens out in the end.0 -

Depends on my then current goals. On average, when cutting, its between 160 and 220g (depending on how deep my cut is) and when maintaining its about 280 - 300g.0
