I had one piece of wheat bread, one fried egg and 2 slices of dole's pineapple in 100% juice. Grand total: 200 calories
I'm just wanting to see what else people have for breakfast and how the calories compare. I've never really cared to count calories before, but then again, I've never been able to lose weight before... and I am curious to see if this will actually work.

Breakfast is my largest meal of the day and it usually around 400-500 calories. Most days I have an omlette, it includes 1 egg, 3 egg whites, cheese, pico de gallo and sometimes canadian bacon. Then for carbs, I have a bagel, toast, oatmeal, or cereal.0

1 medium banana & 10 almonds, plus a few cups of water. I can't eat a lot of breakfast first thing in the morning, but I know I need to consume more calories in the morning, so I try to eat a couple "breakfasts" before lunch.
My first breakfast was 178 calories, 2nd in about 2 hours will be about the same.0 -

I had a glass of water and a Chobani Greek Yogurt in Pomegrante flavor for a total of 140 calories. Greek Yogurt is soooo tasty and higher in whey protein which is fab for that waste line!!

I had a fried egg on a piece of no nitrate black forest ham (thin and small piece) a slice of ezekiel bread with earth balance spread, 6oz of almond milk with a scoop of protein and a scoop of green, and lots of water. Its a high count for am (check my diary if you wanna see) but I have only two little snacks today and a light dinner0

1/2 cup of fat free milk
1/2 cup of vanilla fat free yogurt
1 tbspn of natural peanut butter
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream flavored whey protein powder
1 frozen banana
2 ice cubes

Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal (1/3 dry oatmeal, spices, 1/3 cup pumpkin puree, 0/5 tbsp pure maple syrup) - 176 calories, 32g carbs, 2g fat, 5g protein, 6g fiber
1/4 cup Liberté Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (folded into oatmeal before topping with maple syrup) - 38 calories, 2g carbs, 0g fat, 7g protein
Total - 240 calories, 36g carbs, 3g fat, 14g protein, 6g of fiber, 109mg sodium. And VERY filling and delicious!0 -
