    The thunder, lightening and sideways pouring rain kept me in this morning. It's not supposed to clear up at all so I think today will need to be a rest day.

    Folks, we are on the 20th page of this thread. After we reach a total of 500 comments (the 25th comment on this 20'th page), the topic will roll over to a new thread.     Had to create a new ticker.

    8/2: 4.0 miles on treadmill
    8/4: 3.7 miles on treadmill
    8/5: 3.3 miles on treadmill
    8/9: 4.5 miles on treadmill
    8/14: 2.5 miles on treadmill
    8/16: 4 miles on treadmill

    I want to run outside again but I'm paranoid about running in the dark. Also, got new running shoes I will breaking in this week, and retiring my old shoes at the Color Run 5K this weekend. :)

    Decided to change my goal to 50 miles to get me out of my comfort zone and push myself a little harder.

    02AUG14 - 5.28 miles
    03AUG14 - 1.75 mile run with a friend
    05AUG14 - 3.3 miles
    07AUG14 - 2.75 miles
    09AUG14 - 5.19 miles
    11AUG14 - 3.12 miles
    13AUG14 - 1.81 miles with my son for a total of 23.2 miles. Tickerfactory is giving me fits right now, will update ticker when I can.
    14AUG14 - 2.21 miles - tickerfactory is still being a pain for me. Will have to recreate when I have a minute.
    16AUG14 - 4.61 miles - didn't even try tickerfactory. I give up. :P
    18AUG14 - 2.94 miles - Ticker below!
