My diary is public. I have a history that dates back about a month. I have lost 20 lbs (although only 9 have been since I started my diary) and my caloric intake (800-950) is monitored by a physician. I am proud to say that I now have less than 100 lbs. to lose and I am excited for every step. I am always looking for ideas and friends to share my journey with. Jenn0

Hi there! I like to look at people's diaries Food diaries that is! It helps give me ideas on what to buy or eat when I get tired of what I have been eating lately.
So, post up here if you have a Public Diary. Feel free to check mine out as well.
Note, this is NOT intended as a thread to pick apart what other people are eating and why they shouldn't be eating this or that or why they should have this or that ratio. It is merely a listing of people with public diaries.
