    1. if you can't pronounce the ingredients, put it back on the shelf.

    2. excuses get you nowhere.

    3. anybody who is making an active attempt to improve their overall health deserves respect and admiration, no matter what they look like right now.

    Everyone should strive to be honest with themselves about what and how much they're eating. I think that's one thing MFP does really well; you either own up to your diet, or you spin your wheels, regardless of what your goal is.
