Thank you for the information. I enjoy reading different things and then making an informed decision, wether or not it is right for me. There is a difference in being lactose intolerant and having a milk allergy, they are not the same thing. I lactose free milk, still can have the milk protein, so someone that is allergic will still have a reaction. My son is allergice to milk (swelling, hives, breathing problems, excema....) my daughter is lactose intolerant (upset stomach, bloating).0
