Need advice how to get proper look

Hello!
Using diet, that everone considered as unhealthy, combined with intensive sport activities, I lost about 5 lbs in about 5 month.

My question is what and how much do eat people who look the way I woudl like to, and does the same go for me or not.

I have no idea what would be the most appropriate forum for that, maybe more that this one, but if someone knows , I would be happy to get private message form him.

What I want to achieve is that we all together discuss what look is considered as "healthy" and what one is not.
What look is considered t ogo to doctors and which one is not.

I LOVE sweets and ate a lot of them before, inspite of that ihave never been "thick", but many called me like that.
I am NOT TRYING to get rid of pounds, but to achieve a propšer shape and to find out proper methods.

My goal is to get a FIGURE.
I am not trying to provoke at all, and if so, pleas,e delete all of my posts.
Puplic or not, I would like to keep my diary anyway.

    I'm not sure I do understand.

    Do you want to know what body type looks healthy to people? There are so many different body types out there, you just need to choose your own I think

    Personally I like curves, with an inner strength, so I'm working on building muscles and dropping fat and when I get to a point where I think I look toned but still a little soft I will re-evaluate ...that said the way I've started flexing my arms in mirrors to see the musculature may well mean it change my mind and look to go ripped

    But I have a long journey until I have to make that decision

    I definitely know many people who DO LIKE fat woman and who would not like me , f.e., because they do nto consider me fat enugh.

    My problems is just disproportion and fat % which is 23,7 with me and that is on close border to average.
    OK, I will not complicate with what I did before, but I am starting now and tryin g to find out how to get rid of that.


    Essential fat 10–13% 2–5%
    Athletes 14–20% 6–13%
    Fitness 21–24% 14–17%
    Average 25–31% 18–24%
    Obese 32%+ 25%+

    I amjust trying to achieve athletes fat and definitely not trying to go to any starving nor muscle loss.

    I personally think that many woman can look even prettier than athletes even with extrenmely higher fat procetage, and smaller muscle percentage. But that is thank to their shapes.

    I have short legs, unproportionaly wide pelvis, extremely THIN arms, and am bloody TOO CENTRAL fat typed.

    I am gonna send more of my pics, so that all can compare. I am just trying to find healthy and functional way to to sth good looking from that.


    I hate to see extremely thin girsl, very thinner then me, containing ONLY of skin and some flappy fat on.
    I want strong bones and strong muscles., I just do not want fats.

    No one here can determine your metabolism - a doctor could, but we can't, there's no way for us to test that.

    I'll go ahead and explain this again in this thread.

    Due to the height and weight you have stated in your previous thread, the way to get the body that you want is to eat more (particularly protein) and start a strength training regimen (lifting weights). Jogging will not give you muscle tone you're looking for and won't help much with body composition.

    Your fat percentage is normal and your weight is at the low end of normal. You don't need to lose any weight; if you are unhappy with the way you look the answer is to eat more and lift heavy stuff. The key to the conversation is that you have no reason to lose any more weight at your height. As explained before, you are only 6 pounds away from underweight. That is not an indication that you need to lose anything -- rather, it's an indication that you may weigh less than many other people of your same height who have the "thin" look you're looking for due to body composition.

    Eating less than 500 kcal is not the way to do this.

    I put your stats in Scooby's calculator (located here: http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/ ) and to achieve the goal you're looking for --- losing fat and gaining muscle (which will give you the lean look you're looking for), along with the amount of exercise you've said you do (at jogging for an hour plus a day), I'm showing you need to eat 2054 calories a day. Yeah, 4 times what you eat now. According to that calculator, your BMR is 1190 -- more than twice what you have said you eat -- and that's the amount of calories your body uses each day just to exist. Eating as little as you say you do will have long term detrimental effects to your health. Please take the advice this time and start eating more.

    It seems that you are unhappy with how you look and don't necessarily care about your weight. Clearly eating very little has not worked for you and you are unhappy with your current food intake. You need to try something different.

    In the picture on the right she has gained about 11 pounds from the picture on the left. She did that by eating a lot more food than she was and lifting heavy weights. She put on muscle. It gave her definition.

    Hello audi!
    Reading answers and looking at diary I made decision to add some light food and increse number of meals instead of the quantiy of one meal.

    I am writting down the results.

    The diary calulator sent automatical message small weight loss might be caused by small calories intake and I will try to increase it using just light food and more small meals.

    Hope there will be result.

    The amount of weight you need to gain is going to depend on your body, so don't focus on the number on the scale. Also, you need to read her story and what she says in regards to how much she ate. Everyone needs x number of calories to maintain their weight. X is different for every person and is affected by their particular body hormones, their activity level, their body weight, their height, and how much of their body weight is muscle versus fat.

    Once you know your maintenance level, you can figure out lots of things (how much you need to eat to lose weight, how much you need to gain weight). Since you likely need to gain weight, you need to figure out what that number is and then eat MORE than that. Probably 200-500 calories more than your maintenance level. Every day. Consistently, for a very long time. And incorporate a progressive resistance program.

    Stacy is ( in the end) doing the same thing as I planned last year, based onhealthy logic, but I had no time per day enough to do everything I wanted and also some real life circumstances put me away from the line i wanted to follow...and I started to make mistakes, before it was the right time for it...

    I was NEVER tired. I WAS sometimes, really, when I saw new chocolate in the shop and wanted to find out its taste.

    As I was doing it too often, in the end I saw it was too much.
    I would surely not loose the shape if I ate light food, even for more calories. AND, if I spent the same time excercising.
    Unfortunately, opeopel sometimes have EVEN other existential obligations, and that is exceelnt chance to loose time for yourself.

    I managed today to change my the bigger halft of my stake for a peach and tunn fish canned in water. One gave it to me, cause he preferes it in oil.

    I thought I would reach in 2 years joging more muscle mass then I did.
    One of the reasons is that I started with less muscles then probably many other woman of my age, because even my paretns stimulated me not to be physically active and I missed a lot in my life doing other things.

    Now, I am trying to recollect as much as possible, and, as fitness is still too expensive for me, I try to find out some danding or similar to add it to my usual excercising.

    I also made a mistake, when I RED in the literature that carbohydrates are not that enemies as we think.
    I calculated the amount of fruits AND chocolate having the same caloric value, but forgot that chs are stronger enemies for those with small muscle mas that I have and I started with huger amounts of chs BEFORE time.

    So, in spite of my quite fine physical activity I am still few steps BEHIND some others, who have muscle stocks from before...

    Jogging will build muscles if you are in a caloric surplus, but not nearly as fast as building weights.

    Carbohydrates are not an enemy, and they have nothing to do with how much muscle you have. I take it you did not read the post I linked to about setting your calorie goals. You should calculate how much protein and fat you need based on your lean body mass. Then fill in the calories with carbohydrates as you see fit for your needs. Carbs may not keep some people feeling satiated, so they eat less of them, but carbs also provide fuel for workouts and everyday activity.

    AGAIN EAT WAY MORE FOOD THAN YOU ARE AND LIFT WEIGHTS.
