I'm not sure why you've completely cut it out of your diet, but I don't deny myself of any food that makes me feel happy. I just eat wayy less of it. Eat a marshmallow or something?0

Dates are so sweet plus have the added nutrients and fiber. Just watch because it has a lot of calories too, but then so does sugar.0
