What Does Your Desk Drawer Contain - Foodwise?

There's an emergency packet of oatmeal that's been in there for quite a while. I usually pack up and bring my food for each day. Having an abundance of stuff laying around is an excuse for me to eat when I'm not hungry.0

If I had that in my desk I would be miserable trying not to eat it. I don't have a binge eating problem or anything but MOST of those are foods I cannot leave alone!!
it took a long time to get to the point where i could have chocolate and nuts around! honestly, there was a time where if i bought a tray of chocolate, it'd be gone the same day. but i find keeping the fun size bars around helps; if i hit a craving, it's 45 calories of chocolate, done n done. plus, it helps me flex my willpower muscle a little bit and makes it easier to say no when other temptations roll around (like office cake or pastries or lunch outings)0
