There's an emergency packet of oatmeal that's been in there for quite a while. I usually pack up and bring my food for each day. Having an abundance of stuff laying around is an excuse for me to eat when I'm not hungry.

Nothing. If it's in my office I will eat it.

But my buddy always has cashews in his office that I can raid…

Just a couple packets of Stevia and a salt shaker....pretty boring!
I pack my breakfast & lunch, but don't need anything else around to start calling my name when the stress hits!

you want the whole list? hahah

    2 graze boxes
    reeses pb cups
    kit kats
    100 grand
    hersheys dark
    cashews
    fruit snacks
    pistachios
    gum
    beef jerky
    a cereal bar
    packets of oatmeal

    :D

If I had that in my desk I would be miserable trying not to eat it. I don't have a binge eating problem or anything but MOST of those are foods I cannot leave alone!!

it took a long time to get to the point where i could have chocolate and nuts around! honestly, there was a time where if i bought a tray of chocolate, it'd be gone the same day. but i find keeping the fun size bars around helps; if i hit a craving, it's 45 calories of chocolate, done n done. plus, it helps me flex my willpower muscle a little bit and makes it easier to say no when other temptations roll around (like office cake or pastries or lunch outings)
