The scale has been moving in fits and starts, but its moving. Like a glacier...
I am possibly down 0.2 pounds...which, as we all know, is so small as to be completely meaningless. But hey. It hasn't gone up, eh? eh? I don't have the patience to measure inches, but I swear my jeans fit better this week. So, perhaps there has been some improvement, somewhere...which is good. Because unless some weight loss fairy comes out of the stratosphere in the next few days, there is no way I'm even going to come close to my Valentine's day challenge goal. So I have to find success where I can find it!

Well, I'm pretty sure losing 4 1/2 lbs in the next week isn't going to happen...BUUUUUUUTTTT I have achieved a very important goal....the 180's!!!! I'll take that!

1/19 - 169.2 (down 10.3 lbs) (now assuming scale is wrong,no way i put ALL that weight back on,lol)
1/26 - forgot to weigh-in
2/2 - 180.4 (up .9 pounds...going by the 179.5 weight)
2/9 - 178.4 (down 2 pounds)

Drank alcohol on Sunday, and I'm still paying for it. Lesson learned: NO more alcohol. Period. It's just not worth it. Moving on, drinking my water.
(And last Friday I was at 167.2! :sad:)
I'm with you Mande - Beer makes me crazy. It's not just the calories it's the things it makes me do - Eat like a wolf. hang in there.
