What's your most recent NSV?

I wore dress pants to work today since probably the first part of June. (With the summer heat I wore skirts all summer) When I put my belt on this morning, I had to cinch it past the hole I hole I would always use last time I wore my belt.0
-
On Sunday, I wore a size 8 dress to church that I have had for a long time and had stopped wearing because it felt tight in the waist and hip areas. When I put it on, it felt loose in both areas and I was really comfortable.
This morning my size 10 skirt, that also felt snug in the hip area is feeling comfortable and loose.0 -
Another one (though I don't know if this is praise worthy): husband says "you've lost weight...I can tell 'cause you've lost your butt". Now for someone that didn't have a but to begin with, this may not be a good thing. But on the other hand, I'm glad he notice my weight loss as I was just commenting to myself how no one has said anything to me.0

was able to buy a size 18 jeans at old navy and not have to get the fat clothes from walmart. To top it off they were the "skinny" type jeans and I couldn't believe I actually fit.0

I have 2!
I am now running 6km (3.7 miles) as my standard morning run (plodded along at 4.5-5.4km for ages) and have just mapped out a 7km run to try next week!!
I completed c25k earlier in the year, but haven't been pushing myself hard enough to get past the 30 minutes. I was doing 20-25 min runs and felt fine, but as my pace increased I decided I really needed to push myself and increase distance.
Found a new route to run (coastal track instead of road) and find it so much more enjoyable! It is a loop track that is nearly 9km long (from my start point by the school) but it is hilly! Hoping to be doing it non-stop by christmas!
2nd one is I have lost 4cm from my waist and 5 from my hips :bigsmile:0 -
Fit into one of my old slim fit business shirts without making the lower button strain under the pressure.0
-
Size UK16 jeans now fit me0
-
Bought a pair of cycling shorts. The NSV part came from not needing to buy the biggest size they make0
-
I looked in the mirror and didn't completely hate myself.0

I got 5 or so comments in one day yesterday. Must have been the outfit I was wearing. 3 from co workers included the dreaded - "you left half of you at home today". A couple others from family I haven't seen for 6 months. They asked if I lost weight and I said "a little" and my relative responded with "you lost a lot". Of course I am thinking they thought I was really fat before - which I was.0
-
I had my resting heart rate measured Wednesday. It was 42. The nurse asked if I was a runner (I'm not; my cardio is all walking).0

I work for a company that move managers around all the time and I've moved to 2 stores after starting my weight loss journey...and now all the associates I've worked with at previous stores always stop to ask me how much weight I've lost and how I've done it. It's the main topic of discussion anytime I walk into a store that I have not been at in at least 4 months. It is awesome to see everyone notice a difference!0

Yesterday someone I work with told me I "was looking gorgeous." I was really pleased.
I wasn't even bothered that it was a man0 -
My back fat rolls/creases have finally gone this week!!!
I seriously doubted whether they would ever go away...
I too feel mine will never go away. I am impatiently waiting.0 -
I brought 2 dresses before I lost weight, they were very tight on me so I thought that could encourage me to lose weight. They still don't fit me, they are too big now ;-P0
-
Normally when I'm out shopping I would stop at my favorite fast food place for lunch, I didn't stop and went home and made a healthy lunch.0
-
On a recent shopping trip I fit into a size 8 jean! They were on the sale rack with a size 12. Looked at the 12 and thought oh the legs are too big. The 8 did up!!!! All my belts are on the last hole.0
-
I ran a 5k in 39 minutes this morning! Amazing how much faster I get as the weight comes off!0
-
Way to go everyone!
Oh I wish that my super annoying neighbors would move too. What a great victory!0 -
Went in ANOTHER notch on my belt (that's two since I started MFP!) AND I'm wearing one of my new shirts to work that I got from Torrid in a 1 instead of my normal 2. It's even a button down...woo!0
-
I'm in the middle of a move, and all my stuff is in storage. Including my scale. So everything I'm focusing on now are NSV's!
I ran for 30 minutes STRAIGHT last night. Holy crap. I never thought I'd be able to do that. I was at a 5.5 mph speed. WOOT!0 -
Sunday I ran 7.1 miles...all at one time, the most miles I have done at once. When I logged my miles for the month I realized I was .8 miles short of 100 ...I went back out and ran another 1.6 miles to top the century mark for the first time.0

My fiance told me that he thinks I'm fat-fit because I can swim / run / cycle fairly well. No-one has ever called me any kind of fit before lol. In my heart I know it is only because I have been doing them longer than him but it sure is nice to be fitter than someone at something for once!0
-
Someone told me yesterday that my face looks thinner0

On Wednesday this week I finished "in the green" on MFP without going over in any nutrition category. Usually I'm a bit over in either sugar or sodium and I get a red number with a minus sign, but on Wednesday I was okay right across the board.
If I have exactly what I intend to have for dinner tonight, I will finish in the green for today too!0 -
i just tried on my mukluks and I could get them on! I did have to tug a little and they are probably a little small yet with socks, but I GOT THEM ON!

They are made of moosehide with a compound sole. They are super warm, water resistant (and can be made waterproof with an annual treatment with a waterproofing spray for leather), and very flexible which gives me good movement for things like snowshoeing, hiking, and dogsledding.0 -
Back rolls are shrinking.0
