    Awesome idea! I'm in. I'm at 3.75 so far. I'm training(ish) for a half marathon Sept. 21 so I should be able to do this.

    9/1 - 1 hr run (5 mi)
    9/2 - 2 hr mtb (11.5 mi)
    9/3 - 0.75 hr run (4.5 mi)

    Total - 3.75
    Remaining - 20.25

    My body's pretty beat up from these sports. Rest day

    I am in! The longer times are all hiking, the short time was a walk/jog.

    Great challenge for everyone that doesn't workout or get exercise on a regular basis. I wish everyone well on this challenge and don't stop at 24 hrs, you have more in you. Why not 30? :)

    3/9 - 75 minutes (PT session; first time trying 'cleans'. Gonna take me some time to get my head round it!)
    4/9 - Rest day
    5/9 - 150 minutes (weights, circuits, some cardio and then a walk to the post office and back. So full of energy I could have gone on all day!)
