I had a great eating/exercising week so I knew this weigh in was going to go well, BUT never expected 3.8 lbs?!?!? I am sooooo excited!

Everyone is doing so great!!! I, on the other hand, not so much. Totally slacked off this weekend and was back up to 172 yesterday but I'm hoping to still make my goal of 165 by Valentine's. Need to get back on track for sure though!0

So I'm thinking my Valentine's Day goal is a little ambitious so I adjusted it. Slow and steady wins the race so I'm happy :-) Hopefully by next week I'll be in the 140s and that will definitely be exciting!!0 -
I gained another .8 this week. Its seems like about half of us having trouble losing and I really want us all to step it up in the last 3 weeks before it ends and finish strong. I know it's a little late but since I'm stuck in bed bored out of my mind for the next 2 days because of strep throat, I'm made a progress spreadsheet hoping it'll help get me in gear for the last third of the challenge and hopefully some of the rest of you too! I basic just counted week 1 as the starting weight for the challenge, so if you joined during a later week your beginning number goes all the way back to the official week 1. For simplicity, everyone is listed in alphabetical order by their screen name and those who haven't weighed in in over 3 weeks are not included (although if they do weigh-in I can add them at any time). Also, I think it'd be a great idea to add each other as friends so we can really encourage each other from here on out!!!

Hi everyone, I'm Jamiesha and I'm 23 years old. i've only just found this forum so i'm definitely not going to reach my whole goal of losing 14lbs by Valentines day but I think I can reach at least half of that in time to look good on the dreaded day! So far i've lost maybe 2 or 3 lbs since starting my health kick and I genuinely feel better for it, more able to get up in the mornings and survive a long day in the office etc.
So I am currently 130 lbs and I want to get to 116 lbs as i'm a very short 5'1" (or 5'1.5" as I like to think of myself!) and it will still be a healthy weight range.
