Thanks everyone! This has been fun!!
I do believe that one should be able to cheat every once in a while. I don't cheat often,but I do have a sweet tooth and when there is something like that carrot cake in my vicinity, I want to eat the whole thing.
We have just less than half of the cake left. Game plan for tonight is to have dinner with the family and everyone gets a piece until there is nothing left. I get one more piece of cake and the family makes the rest go away.
Win-Win situation!

Just don't worry about it now. The damage is done and I don't think it will have a huge impact anyway. Just remember tomorrow how you felt after eating that and make sure you do not do it again and eat more healthy snacks if you are craving. To make sure you're not OD on calories.
