    JAN 3 -Mon-JILLIAN MICHAELS CARDIO KICKBOX, WALK @ LEAST 5000 STEPS, @ JMS VIDEO (FORGOT THE NAME)

    JAN 4 -Tues-JILLIAN MICHAELS VIDEO FORGOT THE NAME, WALK @ LEAST 5000 STEPS, @ GEORGE WALK N BOX

    Nutritional goals this week:

    -NO FRENCH FRIES

    -NO MUSHROOM N SWISS BURGER/SNACK WRAP

    -Log all food every day.

    -Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday.

    -Stay between 1200 - 1500 calories everyday

    -BEVERAGE OF CHOICE: ONLY WATER AND GREEN TEA

    I haven't done any of these since i been out of town visiting my aunt since dec 31st...so i will be marathoning it til i get caught up to today's workouts. I also need to plug in my bodybugg when i get home and upload the info there to see how many more steps i need to walk to catch up to 15,000 steps. Like I said I want to do @ least 5000 steps a day and I'm pretty sure I haven't done all 5000 steps a day...but i do know that i've walked @ least some

    haven't lost 1 GOD DAMN LB! oh well... I haven't gained either. I might not meet the 10lbs... but I am determined to lose something! grrr...

    i've been exercising every day this year except one day and i've only went from 182-179.8 it flucuates i'm so mad too we can do this though! maybe not 10 lbs though :/ ugh

    Well something is better than nothing! I'm just glad I'm not gaining. I think I've hit a plateu. Since I've lost 21lbs.... My weightloss has tremendously SLOWED. SO with the advice of other MFPers.... I upped my calories. I was told my body has to adjust to taking in this new calorie amount ( I think I had put my self in starvation mose) after my body adjust to the extra calories.. I should start seeing results again.... hopefully sooner than later!

    We get there in no time! Hang in there!

    almost over!!

    I've lost almost 3 whopping pounds! haha!! not even close to the 10 lbs but I will talke it! its been an awful month!

    LOOKS GREAT ON PAPER!!! HOWEVER I DIDN'T STICK TO IT :-( I guess that's what i get for being so hard on myself...lol

    today is the day i actually stuck to a schedule...lol

    MONDAY JANUARY 17:
    -WALK @ LEAST 5000 STEPS
    -JILLIAN MICHAELS CARDIO KICKBOX (ACHIEVED)
    -SELF WORKOUT (NOT ACHIEVED)

    my first day of FINALLY doing the cardio kickbox and for a 30 min workout i burned 105 calories...SWEATED LIKE CRAZY towards the end....UNFORTUNATELY though i didn't make it to the self workout...

    TODAY after i go to sleep and wakeup this is what my day looks like:

    TUESDAY, JANUARY 18
    -WALK @ LEAST 5000 STEPS
    -GEORGE FOREMAN WALK N BOX
    -JILLIAN MICHAELS 30 DAY SHRED LEVEL 1

    BONUS: (IF I HAVE TIME)
    SELF WORKOUT
