    it's not as though MFP restricts any functions for you just because you completed your diary at below what they consider healthy intake (other than the projected weight loss, which is a rough estimate and shouldn't be taken to heart anyway). if you spend any time on the forums, which it seems you do - you'll hear that same information plenty, anyway.

    Wouldn't it be great if MFP could just reach out and slap you if you go under or over your daily intake? :laugh:

    a troll? surely no troll here :-) I had something to say and I did, I don't hang around waiting for each reply. Yeah, it was liability I guess. But there oughta be some buttons that say 'turn off notices' on here..would make things calmer.

    Now back to eating my 300 cals for the day, 2 cupcakes covered with bacon and cream cheese.

    If you think 2 cupcakes covered in bacon and cream cheese is only 300 calories...you need a food scale...LOL :wink:
