    Burn/Boost done this morning, felt more conefident with it, finally! 539 calories burned. Oh, and my goal for a 3 mile walk Saturday turned into two hours, seven miles!!:bigsmile: It was such a beautiful day!! Gotta love living in the SW desert this time of year. Took Sunday off, was so ready to be up and workout this morning! Have a great week everyone! :smooched:

    I slacked off for a few days, but got back to NMTZ last night. Only burned 290 calories, but better than nothing. I use 3 and 5 lb. weights, depending on the move. Tonight will be BFBM or 30 DS. So glad you are all still here!
  • didnt do anything last night ive got a spazzim in my back from bfbm :( gutted but its still soar dont care need to get back on so 30day shred tonight matbe try level 1 and 2 to make up for it!

    Its not all gone to plan but i'm sticking with it, the diet side has gone to pot but i'm back on it today, i'm sure that soon that i'll start losing weight soon.

    I'd been shredding up until yesterday. But spent all yesterday and last night at the hospital with my grandfather. I ate out of vending machines all day, and I dread to think what the cal total must have been! Hoping to get a dvd done this afternoon, unless I get called back to the hospital urgently.

    Just realized I forgot to check in today. Did NMTZ's a couple hours later than usual, but worked hard at it, and BOY did I sweat!! Still very tough for me to get through. Did a full set of surrenders with weights and one without (those are the hardest!). Tomorrow is my walk, Sunday I rest and I'll be back here monday!! Keep up the good work!!!!

    i tried to workout yesterday but the pain in my ribs was insanely intense so i had to stop. :frown: this sucks!!!

    i have not done ANY of the jillian michaels workout vids i've been wanting to do so STARTING TODAY i will do the jillian michaels cardio kickbox...NEVER done it before so i will try it out

    I just bought 3 of her DVD's (30 day shred, 6 week 6 pack, Banish fat boost metabolism) because I've been reading on here how great they are!! I'm kind of scared to start because I've also read how difficult they are :ohwell:

    I would love to join for January but I am doing another challenge. If you are doing a February JM Challenge I would love to join. I'll just substitue my Zumba for Jillian :laugh: Would prefer to start fresh on a new month though.

    Keep up your hard work. You're all doing amazing.

    Level 1 and 2 of shred done yesterday. Going to get another good workout done this evening once little one in bed, then prepare a nice healthy casserole for tomorrow. All the junk I've been stress eatting this week can't be doing me much good.

    Did BFBM on Thursday and today. The best thing about being in the challenge is it gets me to keep working out and I find I have built somewhat of a tolerance to Jillian's TOUGH workouts. My endurance has definitely improved and the shopping bags aren't as heavy anymore :happy: This is amazing, 2 weeks and I feel the difference already.
