Oh, I Overslept today! So sore and feel I could use the rest day but hate to miss a day on this challenge. Have done a JM video every weekday since Jan 3! Well maybe I can workout when I het home from work. (that never happens, that why I workout at 5am, otherwise it doesn't happen... then again we NEVER oversleep either, can't remember the last time!) Hhheeeeeeeeeeeyyyy yooooouuuu guuuuuuuuuys! Where is everyone? I did no more trouble zones Friday, today is my walk day (3.3 miles in 54 minutes) tomorrow us my rest day, then back to 5 days ... missed one weekday so far since the 3rd, would sure like someone to check in with! Who's still trying to do this??0

I feel bad for starting this challenge and not posting much for the last couple of weeks, I can only appologise. I've had a pretty horrible January, and I've failed to keep up with you all. I did however promise to post start and end stats.
These are the original taken on 28/12/10

body fat (by my scale) 24.8.0 % - 0.2% loss

waist 29.5 - Yay 0.5 of an inch less!
Tummy 34.5 - 0.25 less
Hips 36 - 1.5inches less WOOHOO!
Arm L 11.5 R12.5 - 0.5 inch loss
Thigh L 22.5 R23 - 1 inch loss!
Quite frankly I've eaten badly because of stress and not exercised as much as I'd wanted to, so I'm absolutely delighted with a combined loss of 3 inches! And my back is looking a lot leaner. I bought a top before christmas that looked nice from the front, but after trying it on at home I saw that I had buldges in the back that wern't attractive, so I never wore it. I tried it on yesterday and those lumps and bumps have now gone! Heres hoping that in Febuary I'll drop a couple of lbs too.0 -
