    Who said it was? No one did. I'm sure someone COULD, I mean hell, I could come up with several flaws in that meal you just called breakfast, but I wont.

    I eat oatmeal and fruit all the time why was this considered such a bad breakfast?
    its a great breakfast. I add a few nuts to add some good fats too.

    Could I still be full from yesterday?

    Interesting, I work nights and on Fridays I save calories to have a big bowl of popcorn when I get home to kick off the weekend, I rarely feel hungry until lunch time on Saturday

    I think he thinks were confused about the first line in the original post.

    It looks like he ate just the peel on an apple.

    So he wanted to clarify, just in case we cared.

    It's a straight C&P... I mean add in a "Best breakfast I've had in a long time, and I'm actually full!" and it would be 100 times less awkward.
