    I just added 8 more miles tonight! First it was 3 miles running, 1.7 miles walking, 1 mile on the StairMaster and 2.3 miles on the bike.

    dark, you're shredding and putting in miles, you're a rockstar!!

    8.4 miles for me today. I count my spin class as 5, the other 3.4 came from stairmill, treadmill and rowing!

    need to get on my miles...doing spin class a couple times a week and have been too busy during the day to take me lunch time walks the last few days this past week...
    i'm on it this coming week......2.5+ mile walks each lunch day at least 3 of the 5 work days and then treadmill at night either at home or at the YMCA when i go after the kids are in bed....
    i need to make my miles and i think i'm fine but i'd rather get ahead of the ball NOW....

    I like this challenge! My current goal is 10 miles given I started late but I'm sure I'll make it past that soon. I'll be getting in a total of 6 miles just going to work 2 days this week.

    a little low to meet my goal for the month, but it's been a tough, icy week. I'm meeting all my other expectations diet and exercise wise so I'm not too dissapointed in myself. :)

    4.5 miles for me today!!!! Started week 3 of Couch to 5k and MADE IT! ( 2 miles beach walk and 2.5 C25K)

    Today was a REST day on my TF/CLX hybrid workout but I bundled up and took the furry kids for a 2.5 mile walk through the snow!!
