I walked outside 2x on Monday and once yesterday, not headed out there today, unless I have to go to the store. As for water, Monday was 12 glasses and Tuesday was 16 !!! :drinker:

first of i am so so jealous all you have Just Dance...i love that you guys are all "competing" its very awesome! ..second i was good on exercise sat, sun and even mon...tues MIL came and i dont feel comfortable going to workout while she is over (even tho the girls at work say its ok lol) and third...today was so miserable for me and it took everything in me not to get drunk when i got home! I did good though,I had a salad with grilled chicken and a big glass of water. I guess i should have just gotten on the treadmill to work out the aggression but i just felt drained and curled up with my book and played with my daughter. I just now cracked 1 beer and will be going to bed shortly and still have 77 cals left so I am feeling better about being lazy...I am hoping maybe tomorrow i will be empowered and get in my treadmill and some abs ...sorry for all of this venting but i feel like screaming about it but i know my husband just doenst want to hear it lmao :explode: feels good to just tell ppl :flowerforyou:

Well, I've managed cardio, weights and water pledges everyday, so far (Leslie Sansone is my saviour!!!!! I do my weights with her workout). I've done 2 lots of sit-ups/push-ups/relaxation.
Need to get another 2 JD sessions in (1 tonight and at the weekend I should be able to do both days). WiiFit sesh will be the same.
So, I think I'm doing pretty well so far!:bigsmile:

You beat me on 2!!!!!!! And we were pretty close on 'Hey Ya' Argh! This is worse than when my youngest beat my high scores!!! I didn't realise I was sooooo competitive.
Great fun though and very motivating!
I've just seen your other JD2 results (which are utterly brilliant!!!!) but that challenge will have to wait 'til the weekend!
I did 33 mins ( I keep a jog on in-between songs to increase my cal burn ) and burned 254cals (plus I foolishly did 'Just Sweat' and burned 106 cals).
Of course, I did my JD with the central heating on too! How hot was I??????? Doh!!!!
I'm going to need some extra munchies - Rice cakes, cream cheese, smoked salmon and cucumber, with a cup of hot choc for me, then!!!!0 -

So, my '5k' turned into a 1.5miles walk/run..:frown: . appearently only those who signed up for the competitive run get to do the whole 5k, everyone else does the 1.5...I didn't find out until after reaching the 1.5mile marker when they said 'all walkers you are done, please go inside, all runners, men to the right, women to the left' :grumble: Gee thanks for being clear about this on the flyer that I got.. and let's face, everyone looks forward to those race day tee's..a trophy tee if you will..You guessed it, again, only the 'runners' get one. :grumble: Everyone else gets a reusable shopping bag promoting the place and has nothing to do with the 5k on it, not that I won't use it, but still. A little annoyed but it will pass. Just wished they were better organized. Now, cappuccino, cheese potatoes, and a fire for the night.:ohwell: I'm really looking forward to the 5k in March, because I KNOW it's an actual 5k :drinker: Enjoy your weekend all!!0

Okay, mid-challenge weigh in: I've lost 0.5lb this week and with regards to my 'pledges':
Drink at least 8 glasses of water EVERYDAY - check!
30 minutes of cardio, at least 3 times a week - check!
15 minutes of weights, at least 3 times a week - check
30 sit-ups/crunches, at least 3 times a week - check
15 push-up, at least 3 times a week - check
30 minutes Wii Fit Plus, targeting specific areas, at least 3 times a week - only twice and mainly cardio!
15-30 minutes of relaxation, at least 3 times a week - check but mainly sat in front of the 'goggle box'

The 60mins to myself ended with me having much lighter hair and a nasty hangover the next day :blushing: lol

I am down to 185.6. I haven't exercised like I was prior to the Christmas break, but I think it has to do with getting back into the routine. Water intake has been at the recommended 8 glasses, and I only had two soft drinks for the week! Was given some new obstacles on Thursday and considering everything I feel I did pretty good. Weight loss is very difficult and the max I can loose in a week is 2 lbs so I am pretty close! Starting Tuesday I ate a fruit and veggie every day. This replaced my usual lunch, and I am glad for the change!0

oh dear oh dear oh dear...i am NOT doing well!! I'm assuming it's because of my burger, beer, and fries yesterday (my cheat meal) but I weighted in at a pound heavier today! AHHHHH! So, rule #1 - don't weigh in day after cheat meal. Rule #2 - Limit cheat meal next week so Monday weigh in is better!

Mid Challenge weigh-in. I've lost .8 lbs since last week. I'm hoping to be able to kick it up a notch this week because I'm starting Zumba on Thursday and will be taking a 4 hours snowshoe hike on Saturday.0
