Snowdon is gorgeous - can't believe I've never been. My parents took my sister and my nephew (when he was about 1!) and I'm yet to go. Was meant to do the 3 Peaks last year but illness put paid to that. Needless to say I'm jealous!!!!!

Really enjoyed todays run. Last one of the month. Think my target was ambitious but you only live once!

One more day scheduled for tomorrow.....

Crazy....This summer I couldn't run 5 minutes without getting winded. Now I'm fully addicted. First 5k in September. Another one this month - working on a 10k and aiming at a half in March.....

I know what you mean!! I had a mini freak out at the idea of running for 20 minutes during C25k.....now I do an hour (give or take a few minutes depending on which route I take) and finish with a smile!!! I'm doing my first 10km on the 30th November and looking for a half to do next year (that doesn't cost an arm and a leg to enter!!)

I remember the 20 minute run in C25K! I thought it was some sort of mistake and I'd skipped ahead a couple of weeks. I wondered how I'd be able to make it...and was completely winded, but very proud when it was completed.

Now my regular runs are 4-5.5 miles with a long run on Sunday and always feel at the end of the route that I could have kept on going.

It is crazy and so addicting! I can't believe how much better I feel after I run and how bad I feel when I don't. Makes me wonder what I was like to be around before I started running!

I love running halfs, for me they are the perfect distance. I will run my 7th in December and have gone from 1 in 2012, 2 in 2013, 4 in 2014... following the geometric sequence though would mean I need to run 8 in 2015 :noway:
