I never run on a treadmill but I wanted to hit the 50! I couldn't wake up at my usual 4:15am to run because I teach a class on Thursday night and I'm so hyper when I get home I can't sleep till about 12. So... I decided to run on the treadmill after my strength training today.

October-ended up at 109+ running miles. A bit of a struggle with some travel and a loss of one weekend due to a Monday medical test that required no running for 72 hours. But ended it well and our weather down south is just getting better and better. The clocks moving back will be a big help to November since I am a morning runner and hate being in the dark the entire way.0

As of Sunday the 11th- considering I couldn't WALK 5 miles 6 months ago, running 5 is a bit of a miracle.0
