    Well, we've got almost one more week here. It won't be a "big" weight loss month for me, but it's perfectly fine by me. I've been a little too "flexible" with my logging and food choices (i.e. TOO much somedays, lol). I needed the "break," now it's back to business for this upcoming week! Happy logging to everyone!

    Just realized I forgot to post my latest weigh-in! I did weigh in Saturday though and was pleasantly surprised. I don't think I will make my goal this time but I'm trying my hardest to at least get close, or if nothing else I am only 0.2 pounds away from hitting 10 pounds lost!     7.8lbs in a month isn't too shabby! My weight may drop even further by Friday morning, but regardless I'm really proud of the progress I made. At 5'7", I am 9lbs away from no longer having an overweight BMI!

    Not a good week for me. I'm sick with a cold and just haven't been too good with my diet for the past couple of days. I'm finally able to breathe a little bit better now and yesterday I was a total mess. I know I consumed quite a bit of sodium due to the choices of soup which means instant water gain.

    I'm hoping by early next week I can get back ontrack. But at the moment I don't feel like keeping track. I'll have my final weight number this afternoon after I have hopefully slept.

    Nice rebound MachineK just keep it going month after month.

    As for me, I surpassed all my goals this month and now I'm more or less in a maintenance mode of finding my true weight with 13% BF in mind. Good luck everyone and I hope to see nice monthly successes going forward.

    Total weight lost: 7.1 pounds! Only a pound and a half off my goal, but definitely the best month I've had in quite a while.
