Well, we've got almost one more week here. It won't be a "big" weight loss month for me, but it's perfectly fine by me. I've been a little too "flexible" with my logging and food choices (i.e. TOO much somedays, lol). I needed the "break," now it's back to business for this upcoming week! Happy logging to everyone!0 -

Not a good week for me. I'm sick with a cold and just haven't been too good with my diet for the past couple of days. I'm finally able to breathe a little bit better now and yesterday I was a total mess. I know I consumed quite a bit of sodium due to the choices of soup which means instant water gain.
I'm hoping by early next week I can get back ontrack. But at the moment I don't feel like keeping track. I'll have my final weight number this afternoon after I have hopefully slept.0 -

Nice rebound MachineK just keep it going month after month.
As for me, I surpassed all my goals this month and now I'm more or less in a maintenance mode of finding my true weight with 13% BF in mind. Good luck everyone and I hope to see nice monthly successes going forward.
