    1/10: 25 min running, 20 min pull-ups, pushups and russian twists (45 min)
    2/10: 19 min walking, 30 min walking, 10 min pushups and russian twists (59 min)
    3/10: 26 min walking, 20 min walking, 24 min running, 10 min pull-ups (80 min)
