    i'm new to this challenge but would like to give this a try... i'll start with today and work through the end of the month instead of backdating my walks and other exercise. it'll be easier that way. i'll be back to log my progress for today's exercise when i finish doing it...

    finished working out to Popsugar's plyo workout, circuit 1only... will need stronger body to finish all three circuits in one workout session.
