    I'm 115ish and 5'1"

    These are 5x8:

Bench: 100 (just got there last week, woohoo!)
Squat: 245 is my working weight, but my PR is 275
Deadlift: 185 (my grip is terrible)

In to see the squat video. And agree with Jo. Be very happy for you if it's true.

Any numbers are good numbers- and you have to start from somewhere- soon you'll be benching 45- then 55- then 65- you'll be over 100 before you know it. :)

I have impaired balanced from getting nerve damage in my legs a few years ago. It's not safe for me to squat of deadlift any more. I leg press 260 and I bench 135. Have recently de-loaded due to taking a month off following some surgery in my ankle. Two months ago my bench press was 145.

You are awesome Alice!! I did 145 bench in high school. Not sure how much I could do now. It was 110 about 6 weeks ago. I've been working with a trainer and we haven't done bench. :(

    Bench 110
    Squat 145
    Deadlift 165

Got a trainer who really pushes me to those numbers every week!! The guy has me doing things I have NEVER seen before, I am doing things that really keep me sore but in a good way. Building muscles I've never had in my life!! Really a huge accomplishment to me!! Love this lifestyle!! :D

Had a surprise bench max test today. Hit 145 pounds! After being stuck for months it felt awesome to make some progress.

    Bench 45
    Squat 140
    Dead 160

Any advice on getting stronger? Benching is very awkward for me and the bar keeps wobbling.

    do it more often.

and bench through your back- rather than your arms. That should help stabilize- plus- realize you'll be shakey when i'ts heavy- everyone is. :)

    RAW lifting-

    Squat: 225 x 7 (Will try out for a 1RM @ 270 next week)
Bench: 135 x 6 (Hope to hit 160+ before my meet in 4 weeks)
Deadlift: an easy 290 so I'm going for 305 at the meet in 4 weeks

I've been powerlifting since late Feb of this year but have been weight training for 3 years. I'm in the 148lb weight class. If anyone has any program recommendations, I'll take them. But I think I've done good with my hybrid self made program and have over all put up 205lbs total all three lifts since Feb; and 90lbs since may (my last meet).
