These are the things that make it to my shopping list every week. I have other things too like Peanut Butter, Dill Pickle Spears (5 calories a spear), Super thin Bagels, actually everything has been changed to lo-fat or no fat.0 -

coconut milk, brown rice, broccoli, sweet potato, fruit (any really), dark chocolate, low fat yogurt, protein shakes, nut mix and fiber one cereal. I eat these all weekly to help stay on track
