    4) Lean Cuisine pizza to accommodate my pizza cravings
    5) Healthy Choice Complete Meals for when I dont feel like cooking
    6) Turkey in all forms: turkey bacon, turkey sausage, turkey brats, turkey burgers and Oscar Meyer Deli Cut Turkey
    7) Sara Lee 45 Calorie Wheat Bread
    8) Veggies of all kinds: fresh, frozen or canned
    9) Salad Fixings with Lo-Fat Dressing
    10) Treats: Laughing Cow Cheese, Reduced Fat Wheat Thins, Granola Bars, Popcorn, Breakfast Bars, Yogurt

    These are the things that make it to my shopping list every week. I have other things too like Peanut Butter, Dill Pickle Spears (5 calories a spear), Super thin Bagels, actually everything has been changed to lo-fat or no fat.

    coconut milk, brown rice, broccoli, sweet potato, fruit (any really), dark chocolate, low fat yogurt, protein shakes, nut mix and fiber one cereal. I eat these all weekly to help stay on track :) Good luck!
