    I was supposed to rest Thurs and do 3 miles Friday but I rested 2 in a row because I think I have a groin strain. Little twinge right there on the left side of my groin (upper inner thigh) every time my left foot strikes while running. It doesn't hurt while walking though so I think its a strain not a pull. So, Saturday (today) was supposed to be a rest day, and I plan to do yesterday's 3 miles to be back on my schedule. If it twinges at all, I will walk the remainder, so I don't hurt myself but still get the miles.
