Since Ruth is on vacation I'm posting the challenge for next week : 
Hey all. Everyone has been doing great on this challenge! The basis of this challenge is to burn at least 1lb aka 3500 calories for a week. You set your own goal of at least 3500 calories log it here every day.
Here is format for your daily updates.
Weekly Goal:

Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)

Count me in. I'm not 100% that I can get all 3500, but I'll give it my very best shot. :bigsmile:
I plan on burning 500 a day. For a total of 3500. I'll post my first set of numbers tomorrow.
